Shipping & Returns

At Sikhi Designs, every piece is made with meaning. We stand for strength, heritage, and fearless self-expression. That said, here’s how we handle refunds and returns under UK consumer law:

Cooling-Off Period (Standard Items)

For standard products (non-customised T-shirts, hoodies, etc.), you have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind and request a return.
Once you notify us, you’ll have another 14 days to send the item(s) back.
We’ll issue a refund within 14 days of receiving your return. Refunds include the standard delivery cost you paid originally (not express upgrades).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exemptions (Custom Items)

Custom or personalised items (for example, a shirt printed with your name or one-off design) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, we’ll put it right, either with a replacement or a full refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos so we can fix it fast.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or colour, please return the item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty/incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t take responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Please contact us via contact form here with your order number, reason for return, and photos if relevant. Our team will guide you through the steps.

Shipping & Delivery

At Sikhi Designs, every product is crafted with care, detail, and respect for our heritage. We don’t do fast fashion, we do meaningful design. That means each item is made-to-order and finished to the highest standard before it reaches you.

Production & Shipping Time

Please allow 10–14 working days for production and dispatch.
Once shipped, UK delivery normally takes 2–4 working days via tracked courier.
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Handcrafted Quality

Each product is created individually, not mass-produced. Small variations are part of the unique character of handcrafted design and a sign of the care that goes into every piece.

Standard UK shipping is calculated at checkout.

Responsibility

Please double-check your address before placing an order (including flat/apartment details).
Once shipped, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or stolen, please contact us and we’ll help liaise with the courier.
